FLW Measurement & Reporting Working Group Discussion
“What gets measured gets managed” – an old adage – holds true in the case of food loss and waste. Measuring and reporting food loss and waste helps entities understand the root causes of FLW and can develop robust evidence-base plans to reduce it for the long term. To deliver the commitment of reducing food loss and waste, the GRASP 2030 has the FLW Measurement & Reporting Working Group. The Working Group is intended to build an environment where the signatories can collaborate and best utilize resources and tools provided in GRASP 2030 to gain insight and tracking progress on their generated FLW figures.
